Why I started Ateaz Bookkeeping
When I looked at the bookkeeping industry, I noticed something that bothered me. Contractors plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, roofers were being handed the same generic bookkeeping service designed for retail shops and online businesses. Nobody was speaking their language. Nobody understood job costing, seasonal cash flow, or subcontractor payments.
The result? Contractors were either drowning in messy books they couldn’t trust, handing their CPA a disaster every April, or just avoiding the numbers altogether and hoping for the best. That’s not a bookkeeping problem that’s a gap in the market.
“Contractors build things that last. Their finances should be built the same way solid, clean, and something they can stand behind.”
So I built Ateaz Bookkeeping specifically for trades and home service businesses in the Treasure Valley. I became a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, I learned the language of contractors, and I set out to be the bookkeeper that actually gets it the one who shows up, stays current, and tells you the truth about your numbers every single month.
I’m based right here in Meridian, Idaho. This is my community. When you work with Ateaz, you’re not getting a faceless online service. You’re getting a local professional who’s invested in your business doing well because when Treasure Valley contractors succeed, we all do.
